Navitec is a senior AI advisory practice. We work with organisations across the full range of AI maturity, from those taking their first deliberate steps to those operating production agentic systems. The work we do, and how we do it, is shaped to you and your organisation. That means meeting you where you are, every time.

The advisory works because two kinds of expertise meet in it. The depth of your knowledge of your organisation, sector, and people you serve. The depth of our knowledge of AI, governance, and what is changing fast. Neither side carries the work alone, and the good answers depend on both.

You bring your own starting point, sector, obligations, and appetite. The work is built around those, the mix, the sequence, and the pace are decided together, after the first conversation.

The point of naming the modes is not to push every organisation toward mode three. It is to make where you are visible, and to make the next step a deliberate one.

Some people prefer a starting picture before a first conversation. The Assess tool gives you one in about fifteen minutes. No login, no sales contact, no data shared beyond the session.

You answer questions on how AI is currently used, decided on, and overseen. You receive a written summary of where you sit, what is solid, and what to think about next.
